<p>We all have dreams and I believe we all desire to make those dreams happen. We may be taking our road towards that silver lining and we are just an inch from there but we suddenly lost our momentum and fell. It just so happens that you&#8217;ve had a heart attack. Can you believe that? After all you&#8217;ve been through your heart suddenly gives up on you.</p>
<p>Unlike you, the heart is a living muscle that cannot speak with words. It may already be clouded by bad cholesterol and needs your help; it&#8217;s just that you were too busy to notice. Let me tell you now, get to where you want to go and let your body, especially your heart, help you get there. How?</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s my advice: start considering cardio exercise training. You don&#8217;t have to go to the gym for this or enroll in a class. You can do it on your own. One form of cardio exercise training that you can do on your own is running. This is a great way of burning calories without need for special equipment. However, one should be aware of any discomfort or pain to the ankles or knees especially if inexperienced.
